How to pay with crypto (blockchain payment guide)

Step-by-step: choose an asset and network, send the exact amount, paste your transaction hash (TXID), and DataPackHub verifies the payment directly on the blockchain.

DataPackHub accepts cryptocurrency payments that are verified directly on the blockchain. You do not need an account with any payment company — just a wallet or exchange that can send the asset you choose.

Step by step

Select the asset and network. On your order page, choose for example USDT on Tron (TRC-20). The network matters: USDT exists on several blockchains, and they are not interchangeable.
Copy the exact wallet address. Use the Copy address button, or scan the QR code. Never type an address by hand.
Send the exact amount shown. The last digits of the amount are unique to your order, which lets our system match your transaction to your order. If you send from an exchange, make sure the received amount is not reduced by a withdrawal fee.
Wait until your wallet shows the transaction was broadcast. This usually takes seconds.
Copy the transaction hash (TXID). Your wallet or exchange shows it in the transaction details. It is a long string of letters and numbers, sometimes starting with 0x.
Paste the TXID into DataPackHub and press Verify payment.

What happens next

Our server looks up your transaction on the blockchain itself. It never trusts the browser or the pasted text alone. It checks that:

the transaction exists and succeeded,
it was sent on the network you selected,
it paid the correct wallet address,
it transferred the correct asset (for tokens: the official token contract),
the amount matches your order,
it was made after your order was created,
it has the required number of confirmations,
the same TXID has not already been used for another order.

When the transaction has enough confirmations, your order is marked paid, your SmartPacks are allocated and your downloads unlock automatically — in your Data Library and by email.

How many confirmations are required?

Each network has its own setting, shown on your order page while you wait. Typical values are 2 confirmations for Bitcoin and around 12–20 blocks for Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and TRON. Solana payments are accepted once finalized. You can close the page — we keep checking automatically.

If your transaction is not found yet

Newly broadcast transactions can take a short time to propagate. The order page will say "We cannot see this transaction yet" and keep checking. Do not pay again. Double-check that you copied the full TXID and that it is from the network you selected.

Common mistakes to avoid

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by us or anyone else, so always check the asset, network and address before sending. If something goes wrong, contact support with your order number — do not send a second payment.
