Data removal request

If you believe information about you or your organisation appears in a dataset we sell and should be removed, send a request using the form below.

Please include the details as they appear (for example the business name, phone number, email address or website) so we can find the record. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you or someone authorised to act for the business.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your request.
2. We search current datasets for matching records.
3. Matching records are excluded from future versions and packs, and we confirm the outcome to you.

Copies already delivered to customers before your request are outside our control, but you can ask any business that contacts you to stop and delete your details.
