Acceptable use policy

By buying data from DataPackHub you agree to the following.

You must

• Use the data only for lawful purposes and within the permitted use stated on the dataset page.
• Screen against applicable do-not-contact and suppression lists before telephone or email outreach.
• Honour opt-out and removal requests promptly.
• Keep the data secure and limit access to people who need it.

You must not

• Use the data for harassment, fraud, scams, phishing or impersonation.
• Use it to evade do-not-call, anti-spam or privacy laws.
• Resell, publish or redistribute the raw data as a dataset, unless we have agreed this in writing.
• Combine it with other information to profile individuals by sensitive characteristics.

We may suspend accounts and refuse service where we have reasonable grounds to believe this policy is being breached.
