How to buy a phone number list by country (2026 buyer's guide)

Searching for a phone number list, mobile number database or country phone data? Most sellers show a headline number and little else. Before you pay anyone, check these seven things.

1. How many records will you actually receive?

2. What share of rows contain a phone number?

7. Can you legally call or text the numbers?
